What are the terms and conditions for returns at Euro Industry?

 
Return within 14 days

If products ordered at Euro Industry do not meet expectations, you can of course return those within 14 days*.

If returned within 14 days, there is no need to give reasons. Nevertheless, giving reasons is helpful to decide whether you will receive a return label or not.
 

Return Labels

The costs of return will be covered by Euro Industry in the following cases only:
 

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was defect or damaged on receipt.
  • In case of manufacturing defects.
 

If the product is not package-suitable and one of above mentioned cases is apparent, please contact us.

 

Return after 14 days

To clarify an entitlement to return, please contact us.
 

Exports

For exports a return is only possible with reservation. Please contact us.


*This right applies exclusively to consumers. For business orders, please contact us in advance to clarify an entitlement to return.


 

How do I return a product?


For a smooth return please note as follows.
 

Packaging
  1. Pack the product completely, carefully and securely.
  2. Use the original packaging.
  3. Please fill the return form and enclose it to return package.

How do I exchange a product?

Exchange is regulated as returns are. To receive a product in a different size, please place a new order.

How long does it take until I receive a refund?

After we receive your return, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account. This is partly dependent on the processing times of your bank, especially for credit card payments. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

How do I proceed with a defect product? What are the warranty conditions?

We want our customers to be satisfied. Therefore, we assist you if a product has premature defects. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] and describe the defect. If possible, please attach a photo of the defect to your e-mail. We will take care of your complaint immediately.

 

We do not exchange / refund, among other things, if:
  • Product was not purchased from our Shop.
  • Product was damaged by improper use (e.g. product was imperiled by high temperatures, chemicals, open fire or sharp objects).
  • Product was damaged by extraneous use.
  • Product was worn over usual product wear time.


 

Our customer service will take care of your complaint and ask for further information if necessary. In case of a guarantee claim we will exchange the product or offer another solution.
