FAMATEC Manipulators: consulting, sales, assembly and maintenance.

FAMATEC manipulators are manufactured by FAMATEC in Northern Italy according to your wishes and requirements.

The highlight: if you change your processes or the product to be moved, temporarily or permanently, you do not have to replace the entire installation, but simply change the tool (see below: FAMATEC APP).

FAMATEC APP is a forward-looking solution that responds specifically to the current transformation processes in the industry and enables measurable increases in efficiency.

FAMATEC APP is an exclusive and innovative gripper system that uses patented FAMATEC profiles and accessories.
The modular, interlocking and easy-to-assemble gripping tools developed with the FAMATEC APP profiles can be easily modified and reconfigured in the future to handle different products than those for which they were originally designed.
This is done without having to recertify the manipulator.

FAMATEC Friendly -> Suction cup gripping solutions

The FAMATEC Friendly product family comprises manipulators with suction cup technology that have been specially developed for the safe and gentle lifting of materials such as glass, wooden panels or other smooth surfaces. They offer ergonomic handling and high precision for standardized applications.

 

FAMATEC Pzero -> Gripper systems

The FAMATEC Pzero series consists of manipulators with gripper technology that is ideal for gripping and moving irregularly shaped or porous objects such as sacks, containers or components.
They offer a robust and flexible solution for a wide range of industrial requirements.

 

FAMATEC Mano -> Mechanical gripping

The FAMATEC Mano product family uses mechanical gripping mechanisms to securely hold and move a variety of materials.
It is particularly suitable for applications where vacuum or magnetic technology is not required and offers a reliable, force-based solution.

 

FAMATEC Magneto -> Magnetic gripping systems

The FAMATEC Magneto product family refers to manipulators with magnetic gripping systems that are optimized for handling ferromagnetic materials such as steel plates or metal parts.
These solutions guarantee a strong holding force and are particularly suitable for heavy loads in metal processing.

FAMATEC Mastro is a range of manipulators with hook systems designed for lifting and transporting loads with suspension points, such as machine parts or containers. 
These devices have been designed for easy and efficient handling.

 

FAMATEC Gingo -> Manipulator on wheels!

FAMATEC Gingo is a mobile manipulator series mounted on wheels.
This flexibility makes it easy to transport and use at different locations.
It is particularly suitable for complex tasks where mobility and ergonomic handling are required (installation of heavy windows and doors, for example).

 

FAMATEC Vaquo -> Handling bags with suction pads

FAMATEC Vaquo is a specialized product family for handling bags with vacuum technology.
It uses a Venturi vacuum system or electric rotors for particularly porous bags (e.g. made of PVC or paper) and offers a load capacity of 35 to 50 kg.
And this up to a maximum pallet height of 2.500 mm thanks to the dynamic, pneumatically adjustable console and the additional vertical lift of the suction cup.
With an operating radius of 2.5 to 6 meters, it is ideal for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries to load hoppers, conveyor belts or pallets.
