SIKA SikaPower-711 Two Part Epoxy Adhesive universal 50ml

SikaPower®-711 (ADEKIT H9011) is a two-component epoxy adhesive for multipurpose bonding in industrial and artisanal applications. The adhesive is suitable for bonding commonly used materials such as metals, ceramics, glass, rubber and rigid plastics.

• Other pack sizes: 400 ml cartridge, Component A 1 kg / 25 kg, Component B 0.8 kg / 20 kg, kit 3(1 kg A + 0.8 kg B)

• Bonding of metals, ceramics, glass, rubber and rigid plastics

• Suitable for industrial and artisanal applications
• Bonding on aluminium, stainless steel, electro-galvanized steel, ABS, PC, PA and pre-preg carbon according to manufacturer testing

• Pot life: 100 minutes at 25 °C on 110 g
• Recommended processing temperature: 15 °C to 35 °C
• Working temperature range: -40 °C to +120 °C

Technical Data

* Mechanical values according to the manufacturer: cured 16 hours at 40 °C unless otherwise stated. Suitability for specific applications must be validated by preliminary tests.

Application Notes

• SikaPower®-711 (AB) is packaged in 50 ml and 400 ml cartridges and requires a manual or pneumatic gun.
• Surfaces to be bonded must be free of dirt, oil or other foreign matter.
• A clean, dry surface is required for reliable bonding.
• For applications requiring machine processing, the technical department should be consulted.
• Preliminary tests are recommended for surface preparation and material approval.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Shelf life of SikaPower®-711 (AB) cartridge: 2 years
• Shelf life of component A and component B: 2 years
• Store dry in original unopened containers
• Storage temperature: 15 °C to 25 °C

• P303 + P361 + P353: IF ON SKIN or hair: Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water.
• P304 + P340 + P310: IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.
• P305 + P351 + P338 + P310: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor.
• P391: Collect spillage.
