SikaFast®-555 L05 is a fast-curing two-component structural adhesive (acrylic) for high-strength bonds in industrial applications.

Applications

• Structural bonding in industrial environments (e.g. assembly and repair work)
• Replacement for mechanical fasteners (e.g. rivets, screws or welding)
• Bonding on different substrates such as metals, plastics, glass and wood (trials recommended)
• Short process times thanks to short open and fixture time

Processing instructions

• Process components A+B only with a suitable 2K dual-cartridge dispensing gun and static mixer.
• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease; use suitable surface preparation/primer according to manufacturer’s instructions if required.
• This product is intended for experienced users; perform trials with original materials under application conditions.

Storage & shelf life

• Store cool and dry, protect from direct sunlight (below +25 °C)
