Shell Tellus S2 VX 32 is a high-performance hydraulic fluid (ISO VG 32) based on Group II base oils that provides outstanding protection and performance across a wide range of temperatures. It resists breakdown under heat or mechanical stress and is ideally suited to most mobile equipment and other applications subjected to a wider range of ambient or operating temperatures.

Applications

• Mobile/exterior hydraulic systems: exposed environments subject to wide variations in temperature. The high viscosity index helps deliver responsive performance from cold start conditions to full load, severe duty operation.
• Precision hydraulic systems: requiring excellent control of fluid viscosity over the operating cycle, providing greater temperature-viscosity stability compared to ISO HM fluids.
• Marine hydraulic systems: where ISO HV category hydraulic fluids are recommended.
