Elring EL-Fil 77 is a high-strength, non-hazardous anaerobic pipe thread sealant for reliable sealing of metallic threaded joints exposed to oil, fuel, water, and coolant. It forms a resistant sealing film upon metallic contact and exclusion of air, ensuring long-term, temperature-resistant performance even at low temperatures.

Instructions for use
- Remove old sealant residues and clean surfaces with solvent.
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil or grease.
- Optimum application temperature: +23 °C.
- Apply sealant evenly and continuously onto the thread by squeezing the concertina bottle.
- No airing time required; assemble components immediately per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Sealing function is immediate after assembly.
Storage
- Store in a cool (+5 °C – +23 °C), dark, and dry place.
- Minimum shelf life: 24 months in unopened container.
- Batch number format: YYWW (filling date).
