How it works
- Set a filled or empty Big Bag onto the Neva deck with a forklift, or hang an empty bag for filling.
- Store the units stacked – up to 7 m high / 6 t total.
- Move to production, discharge via the deck outlet or lift the bag out with the forklift.
Select the right head option
Each head type is pre-mounted on the pole and fits seamlessly onto the Neva deck. Choose the version that matches your bag dimensions and workflow:
Lockhead (Standard)
Mainly suited for customers who want to place already filled big bags in the system and use the system for further transport, handling, stacked storage, and discharging. This type of head is also advised for handling of big bags with long lifting loops.
Springhead
Ideal when you fill empty bags inside the frame and discharge through the deck later. The built-in spring lifts the loops automatically – less manual effort.
Rolling springhead
For narrow bags and short loops: Each pole has an internal roller hook that guides the lifting straps smoothly. While an empty bag is being filled and lowered onto the deck, the hooks keep the straps tensioned.
