Total Seriola Cleaner Additive for heat transfer circuits 20L

TotalEnergies SERIOLA CLEANER is a cleaning additive for heat transfer circuits. It is used before draining or refilling the heat transfer oil and supports the removal of deposits and ageing residues while the system remains in operation.

Applications

• For cleaning heat transfer circuits before refilling
• For cleaning operations in industrial heat transfer systems
• Can also be used as a preventive maintenance measure
• Suitable for mineral-based heat transfer oils
• For synthetic heat transfer oils, technical verification or consultation is recommended

Features

• Very high detergency and dispersiveness
• Efficient cleaning of heat transfer circuits without dismantling the system
• Excellent thermal stability
• Completely miscible with mineral-based heat transfer oils
• Can be used with JARYTHERM and NEVASTANE HTF; when used with NEVASTANE HTF, flushing with fresh oil is required to meet NSF H1 requirements
• When added permanently at 1 %, it helps keep the circuit clean

Application notes

• Depending on the contamination level, add at least 5 % and up to 10 % based on the heat transfer fluid volume
• Then circulate the system for approx. 24 to 48 hours at normal operating temperature or approx. 270 °C
• Drain the circuit carefully after cleaning
• Replace filters after the flushing process and before refilling the system
• A permanent addition of 1 % can help keep the circuit clean

Storage

• Store at ambient temperature
• Avoid prolonged exposure above 35 °C
• Shelf life: 5 years from date of manufacture when unopened
