Mobil Vacuoline 133 Circulating Oil ISO VG 220 for rolling-mills 20 L

Mobil Vacuoline 133 is a premium quality circulating oil (ISO VG 220) for hydrodynamic oil film and full-film lubrication systems. It is primarily designed for plain bearings in equipment exposed to heavy water contamination, e.g. backup roll bearings in metal rolling mills.

Mobil Vacuoline™ 100 Series

The Mobil Vacuoline™ 100 range is a series of premium quality oils for circulating systems. It is primarily intended for lubricating plain bearings in equipment designed for full-film lubrication, especially where heavy water contamination occurs, such as backup roll bearings in metal rolling mills. These oils meet specific rolling mill bearing requirements, including the “super demulsibility” criteria referenced in the Morgan advanced lubricant specification. The Mobil Vacuoline 100 oils are formulated with high-quality base oils and additives to provide outstanding water separation, good resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation, and protection against rust and corrosion. They resist the formation of emulsion and sludge, helping to keep systems and filters cleaner. Solid contaminants separate quickly to support cleaning by centrifuging, filtration or settling.
