ABNOX AXDV-C3 (V3.0) is a volumetric metering valve with an adjustable dosing range of 0.1 - 2.0 cm³, designed for precise and clean application of lubricants with high repeatability.

Steplessly adjustable dosing chamber with integrated pneumatic cylinder for controlling the dosing needle
Adjustment screw can be locked with a 2.00 mm hex angle key to prevent unintended changes to the set dosing quantity
Piston monitoring can be retrofitted at any time to improve process efficiency and safety
Optional magnetic field sensors (Art.-No. 0001220) can be positioned continuously in the existing grooves and protected by a fastening screw
LED operating indicator additionally signals the end positions of the grease piston visually
ABNOX recommends dual piston monitoring for both end positions to ensure high process reliability
Modern sealing elements and Glyd rings support long service life, even at inlet pressures up to 200 bar
Customer-specific application nozzles are available in addition to standard nozzles

Product description

The volumetric metering valve consists of a steplessly adjustable dosing chamber and an integrated pneumatic cylinder for controlling the dosing needle. For external control, a simple pneumatic 5/2-way valve must be provided. ABNOX also offers suitable feed pumps and accessories for complete greasing solutions.
