Castrol Magna SW DX 220 is a slideway oil (ISO VG 220, CGLP, ISO-L-G) based on highly refined mineral oil with an extreme pressure and lubricity additive package, designed for the lubrication of horizontal and vertical slideways on machine tools.

Product description
Castrol Magna SW DX 220 is formulated for machine tool slideway lubrication where controlled friction behaviour, adhesion and demulsifying performance are required. It is designed to reduce stick-slip motion, support machining accuracy and help extend coolant life.
Handling & storage
- Keep the container or drum tightly sealed.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress.
- For optimum product stability, indoor storage between 5°C and 45°C is preferable.
