MOTOREX COOL-PROTECT READY is a ready-to-use spindle coolant (RTU) based on propylene glycol (PG) for closed-loop spindle cooling systems. Supplied ready-mixed at 26 % (do not dilute with water).
- Pack size: 200 L drum
- Also available in: 20 L canister
- Important: Do not use galvanized components in the cooling system and do not use galvanized mixing/storage containers.
- Cleaning note: 2–3 days before product change, clean the cooling circuit with MOTOREX CS-CLEANER (see dosage below).

Commissioning & Maintenance
- Initial commissioning: fill the circuit with drinking water, circulate for ≥10 minutes, then drain completely.
- Routine checks (monthly): monitor pH and concentration (observe refractometer factor); target values according to the technical data sheet.
- Topping up: compensate evaporation losses with ready-mix; if concentration reaches the upper limit, adjust back to the reference value by topping up with clean potable water.
- System cleaning before product change (CS-CLEANER): dosage 3 % of total system volume — examples:
- at 20 L system volume: 0.6 L CS-CLEANER
- at 60 L system volume: 1.8 L CS-CLEANER
- at 200 L system volume: 6.0 L CS-CLEANER
Note: RTU fluid is ready-to-use and must not be diluted with water (only adjust concentration as described in the maintenance notes).
