Heat-resistant metal bonding adhesive DELO-ML 5327 – the perfect fit for electric motor assembly

The 1k metal adhesive cures in the absence of air, i.e. anaerobically, and with simultaneous contact with metal ions.
The typical temperature application range of this adhesive is between -40° C and +200° C.

Curing times

• Until initial strength at rt approx. +23 °C anaerobic on zinc-phosphated screws: 2 - 4 min
• Until initial strength at rt approx. +23 °C with DELO-QUICK 5002 on V2A screws: 20 min

Prevention:

• Wear protective gloves (1-4 hours breakthrough time: recommended Viton® fluoroelastomer / short-term exposure < 15 min nitrile gloves).
• Wear eye protection or face protection.
• Avoid release to the environment.
• Avoid inhaling vapor.

Response:

• If inhaled: Seek medical advice if feeling unwell, call a Poison Center or a doctor.
• Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
• If on skin: Wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
• If in eyes: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing and immediately call Poison Center.

Storage and Disposal

• Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed.
• Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local, regional, national, and international regulations.
