LubriFluid F100 is a synthetic universal lubricant and thin-film cutting fluid free of mineral oils and chlorine. Designed for minimal-quantity lubrication (MQL), it applies as a fine film and evaporates without residue, delivering clean machining on steels and non-ferrous metals.
Applications
- Drilling, milling, reaming, sawing and grinding
- Minimal-quantity lubrication of steels and non-ferrous metals
- Note: Not recommended for continuous turning (tool edge constantly engaged)
Characteristics
- Synthetic, chlorine-free; no mineral oil
- Very good results even with sparing application
- Applied to the surfaces to be machined or adherent to tool surfaces (not directly on the cutting edge in tiny drops)
- Use only with suitable spray/MQL devices
