DELO DELOTHEN NK1 is a high-performance spray cleaner / degreaser for bonding surface preparation based on a solvent blend (free from CFC/HCFC and aromatics).

Applications

Cleaning and degreasing before adhesive application
Removal of oil- and grease-based residues
Surface preparation of metal, glass, ceramics, rubber and selected plastics (test thermoplastics in a short pre-trial)

Processing notes

Spray directly onto the surface from approx. 20–30 cm
Wipe off excess with a clean, absorbent, lint-free cloth
After complete flash-off (approx. 2–3 min) proceed with bonding
Observe flash point! Take measures against electrostatic charging
