VIDBAG® JUMBO XL Tip solution to empty flat Bigbags in full safety

VID BAG Jumbo® is a system that saves users time when emptying their big bags of products with low fluidity or large grain sizes, such as stones.

No more shovels and less fatigue thanks to the VIDBAG®. With VIDBAG®, users can partially empty a big bag, then place it back on the ground and store it with the VIDBAG Jumbo®.

Thanks to its tip, the VIDBAG Jumbo® allows for clean piercing of the bag, and its patented fin system helps ensure the device stays securely in place inside the big bag.

USER MANUAL VIDBAG

• For long-term use of the VIDBAG, you should note the following:
• Place the VIDBAG on the floor
• Use the lugs to lift the bigbag with the fork of the front loader
• Lift the bigbag over the VIDBAG until the bigbag hangs still
• Lower the bigbag onto the VIDBAG until the bigbag is completely on the floor
• Place the bigbag over the container to be filled
• Pull the VIDBAG out of the bigbag again until the wings (hooks) are on the inside of the underside of the bigbag.
• Open the flap on the VIDBAG and fill the container
• Close the flap of the VIDBAG (remnants remain in the big bag)
• Put the bigbag aside and repeat the process as necessary
• Remove the VIDBAG when the bigbag is completely empty

Be aware:

• DO NOT use the VIDBAG if there are lumps in the big bag!
• Never stand under the load
• The VIDBAG should stand on a solid surface made of concrete or wood for the drilling to make it easier to drill through the big bag
• Only use the VIDBAG to empty big bags.
