The Mure & Peyrot Sofiac 2 ALD is a safety knife for safe and easy cutting of plastic packaging, adhesive tapes, and packing cords. The knife is fully detectable and thus suitable for use in the food industry. The metal spur allows quick and easy scoring of the package so that the blade can be inserted. The blade is inside so that the goods to be unpacked are not damaged and the user cannot be injured.
