Fast-drying KH thick-film paint with active corrosion protection (zinc phosphate) for painting steel parts, cast iron, containers, machines, chassis, control cabinets, transport racks.
For Indoors and outdoors use.
Characteristics:

• High UV and weather resistance
• Can be applied in thick layers

Theoretical spreading rate: 30.8 - 35.0 m² / kg at 10 μm dry film thickness 40.9 - 41.1 m² / l with 10 μm dry layer thickness

Storage:

• In the closed original container for at least 3 years
• VOC legislation: This product contains max. following VOC values: Undiluted: <550 g / l Processing conditions: From +10 ° C and up to 80% relative humidity.
• Ensure sufficient supply and exhaust air.

Surface preparation:

• Remove oil, grease, rust, mill scale, scale, as well as other substances affecting function and paint!
• Attention: Due to the different types of metal, alloys, metallic coatings and conversion layers etc., direct liability cannot be automatically assumed.
• Therefore, a liability test must be carried out on the original metal surface.

Steel:     

• Blasting according to Sa 2½ degree of purity, remove blasting residue and promptly     recoat     
• Manual rust removal according to degree of purity St 3     
• Degrease with Mipa WBS cleaner or Mipa silicone remover
