Application notes

• The 3-piece hand tap set consists of rougher, intermediate and finisher taps.
• No. 1 rougher: 6-8 threads lead
• No. 2 intermediate: 4-5 threads lead
• No. 3 finisher: 2-3 threads lead
• Select the correct tool according to thread size and machining task.
• Use a suitable cutting oil or cutting fluid and remove chips regularly.
• After machining, clean the threads and tools and store the components protected in the case.
