Markal SCAN-IT Plus is a fluorescent round marking crayon for the lumber and sawmill industry, developed for optically readable sorting and grade marks.
- Hardness: hard – for warmer production conditions (approx. 21 to 38 °C / 70 to 100 °F), when a firmer crayon with more stable writing performance is preferred
- Also available in: medium
Applications
- For lumber, sawn timber and wood products
- For scan-readable sorting and grade markings in sawmills and wood processing
- Suitable for marking on different wood types, including wet or green wood
- For Lucidyne ColorScan-compatible markings
