Application

1. To begin the process, you simply place a full big bag in the Indus Neva using a forklift. You can also hang an empty big bag in the Indus Neva and then fill it securely.
2. You can then store the Indus Neva stacked with a big bag - up to an impressive 7 meters high.
3. From the warehouse, the systems can be easily picked up and transported to production, where materials are emptied and further processed using a frame and the unique unloading function in the deck.

Choosing the right head option for your poles

LOCKHEAD (Standard) For bottom dimensions  95 x 95 - 100 x 100cm

ROLLING SPRINGHEAD For bottom dimensions 85 x 85 - 90 x 90cm

LOCKHEAD (standard)
Mainly suited for customers who want to place already filled big bags in the system and use the system for further transport, handling, stacked storage, and discharging. This type of head is also advised for handling of big bags with long lifting loops.

ROLLING SPRINGHEAD
Best for smaller-sized Big Bag bases. The design lets the lifting straps go over the roller on the hooks inside the 4 poles. When you fill an empty big bag, these hooks pull on the lifting straps while the bag goes down to the bottom deck.
