The M & P Ferret is a fully detectable safety knife for the food industry. To protect the plastic, a metal reinforcement is attached to the cutter head. The blade is extended by pressing the lever and the cutting depth is adjustable in 3 steps (5 mm, 11 mm and 15 mm).
