Datamark Integrated dot peen marking machine MP-80

Compact dot peen marking machine equipped with a large generous 80×30 mm marking area. Its powerful and reliable neumatic marking head allows to complete the marking process in very short cycle times. Like all other Datamark marking machines, the MP-80 is equipped with its unique high-speed – non-pivoting – pneumatic marking head with precisse flat movement on both XY axes. This superior technology delivers a higher and homogeneous marking quality into a larger marking area, compared to other machines using inferior pivoting head systems. The advanced touch-screen controller of the system allows easy mechanical  mounting and integration with PLC, PC and other electronic devices into the production line.
