FUCHS RENOLIT PU-FH 300 (formerly URETHYN MP 2) is high temperature heavy-duty grease (Polyurea, NLGI 2) based on mineral oil for demanding lubrication points operating under temperature and load. It is characterised by high temperature properties, load-carrying capacity, water resistance, corrosion protection and resistance to acids and alkalis.

Product description

RENOLIT PU-FH 300 is a high temperature heavy-duty grease based on a polyurea thickener and mineral oil. It is characterised by high temperature properties, load-carrying capacity, water resistance, corrosion protection and resistance to acids and alkalis. The operating temperature range of RENOLIT PU-FH 300 is -20 to +180 °C.

Storage conditions

The minimum shelf life is 36 months if the product is properly stored between 0 °C and 40 °C in its unopened original container in a dry place. The indication of a minimum shelf life does not include any guarantee of durability.

Safety and disposal instructions can be found in the current safety data sheet. The pumpability of RENOLIT PU-FH 300 in centralised lubrication systems should be checked with the system manufacturer. Plastics and elastomers should be tested in practice for their compatibility with RENOLIT PU-FH 300 before serial use due to the large number of different materials.
