KD-CHECK PR-1 Cleaner for crack detection ISO 3452-2 500ml Spray

Karl Deutsch KD-CHECK PR-1 Hydrocarbon-based cleaner spray for any test equipment system for non-destructive testing of surface cracks and pores using the dye penetration test method.

Application

• For crack detection on almost all metallic and non-metallic material surfaces, e.g. steel, plastic, aluminum, brass (suitability for plastics must be checked beforehand)
• Crack detection system approved to DIN EN ISO 3452 in accordance with TRGS 614
• The cleaner is used for pre-cleaning and intermediate cleaning of the component. The intermediate cleaning removes the remaining dye penetrant.
• Suitable for cleaning oily, greasy and coolant-lubricated surfaces
